    I pre ordered the 65 dollar version of Hogwarts a month ago


    My game is telling me I have to purchase when I've already purchased Hogwarts legacy and have been waiting patiently for it to come out

    I pre-ordered a month ago . And now it's saying my money has been refunded but that is untrue

    I would like my game I've payed for

    If you pre-order with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they are unable to charge you at that time, your order is cancelled so you would need to purchase it again.

    ...I'll wait this time. I jumped the gun with Reach and pre - ordered it, only to trade it in 2 weeks ago. If 4 is anything like Reach, i'm avoiding it and letting my brother, who fanboys literally every game he plays/get. It'll only conveniently save me

    I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it
