    Have still not receieved Banjo Kazooie after pre-ordering Recore

    I pre-ordered Recore from EB Games and was advertised that I would receive Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts. Was the code meant to be shipped with the game, emailed or messaged through xbox live? I still have not received the code and would like some assistance
    on where I am supposed to find the code

    That is a Microsoft Store promotion. For assistance with the $10 code, please reach out to Microsoft Store Support for further assistance. Regarding Banjo & Kazooie, those are sent to digital pre-order customers 7-10 days after release. We are unable to
    provide codes for physical disc purchases.

    Feel free to keep us posted! I pre-ordered Recore for Xbox One and i haven't received the or Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts ... :)

    I am also currently fighting with Microsoft, XBox, etc. about this issue.

    I spent 5 hours on the phone and on chat with them a couple of weeks ago and all I got was "Wait 10 days after release, and if you haven't gotten the items, then contact us again." Currently contacting them and getting the same runaround. Let me tell you,
    Microsoft's customer support is ridiculous. $10 for a billion dollar company should not cost me 10+ hours of fighting, redirection, and unknowledgeable support to get what I am entitled to.

    If you really want to play banjo kazooie on xbox one without logging on an xbox 360 is to buy rare replay. You get banjo kazooie, banjo tooie and banjo kazooie nuts and bolts along with 20 or so more games.
