    I pre ordered new Mario bros movie last month. On xbox one app and it says release date 5/9/2023 at 9:01pm and now it’s days later and I still can’t watch it. What’s going on!?

    I have checked the movie "The Super Mario Bros. Movie + Bonus" on the Microsoft Store and it is still in the pre-order state, there is also no date on when it will be available, only "coming soon". Were you able to check the movie again on your end?

    I bought the same movie. I didn't realize it was pre-order. I tried to play it and it says content unavailable with that code 80070002. All the extras popped up. Very frustrating.

    plus the movie is already out on dvd and bluray
    Today was release date for digital download. DVD and Blu-ray is March 7th

    OK, what you see is a test charge that goes away after a few days

    Pre-orders are charged approximately 10 days before release, 2 months after that date

    All Xbox One pre-orders and deluxe editions containing the Xbox One version were cancelled when the X1 release date was changed. So you would have had to have placed a new order to be charged.

    If those funds weren't released, you need to contact your bank.
