I pre ordered MW2, and like many others do not have the game

Discus and support I pre ordered MW2, and like many others do not have the game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was charged the full $99.99 for the pre order on my card, but never received the game.     I pre ordered MW2, and like many others do not have the game


    I was charged the full $99.99 for the pre order on my card, but never received the game. I have emails saying “Thanks for preordering” but still no game. I assumed that maybe they would do a wide fix, but nothing yet. Does anyone have any idea if they will do a mass refund/release copies to the people who lost their pre order? Or have any idea if they will just keep saying, “please submit a report.”

    I two have a similar problem except i have pre ordered the mw2 pack in the mw store i had gotten the UDT skin for mw and i have not gotten mw2 remastered is this just me or are there others with this problem
