    I preordered Mass Effect Andromeda during your preorder rewards promotion last month and I don't see any point or pending points displaying. I know it can take awhile, but it usually doesn't take this long.

    The only specific preorder offer was the games on demand punchcard. You would have needed 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits.

    There are no offers for MicrosoftStore.com pre-orders. The last time we ran an offer like that was in December.
