    I pre ordered Hogwarts Legacy and it won't download until April 3rd. Why?


    I pre ordered Hogwarts Legacy and it won't download until April 3rd. Why? This isn't fair. If the date it is able to be downloaded and played should be the same all the way across the board. So those of us who can't but an x series xbox are being punished or left out. WHY?

    The PS4, Xbox One, and Switch versions were all delayed so the developers can work out some things that'll cause loading issues on those consoles.

    It should work on April 4, it says on the description of the Deluxe version from this link, https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/store/hogwarts....

    "Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will receive access to the Xbox One version on April 4th, 2023. Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition on or before April 3rd will be entitled to all relevant pre-order bonuses."

    Hi Lewis, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    According to the product page, the Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition:

    "Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition will receive access to the Xbox One version on April 4th, 2023. Consumers who purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition on or before April 3rd will be entitled to all relevant pre-order bonuses."

    Make sure that what you have is the Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and once you were able to confirm, rest assured that you'll get the Xbox One version on April 4th, 2023.

    I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it
