By FM6, do you mean Forza Motorsport 6? Forza Motorsport 6 does not release until around September 16th.

I checked the store via the website, and apparently the Ultimate Edition is currently $99.99 to pre-order.

It was a console bundle, including forza horizon 4 and forza motorsport 7 (digital download codes). I can see the motorsport in the order history, but horizon isn't there.

To further isolate the issue, I would like to ask a few questions.
1. Are you using Xbox or PC to access the game?
2. May I know what is the exact game bundle you purchased that includes the Forza Motorsport welcome pack?
3. Is the game bundle/pack showing in your Order history? You can check this by going to this link: account.microsoft.com/orders

In the meantime, I recommend you try the following steps:

1. Check Your In-Game Content: First, ensure that you’ve checked your in-game content to see if the cars and credits from the Welcome Pack are available.
   
2. For game add-ons and other DLC, the first place to check is in your library:
   
   1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).
      
   2. Press the Menu button  on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
      
   3. Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.
      
   4. Select Install, to confirm the installation.
      

3. If the Motorsport Bundle is not installed, try downloading it again from the Microsoft Store. To do this, go to the Microsoft Store, search for "Forza Motorsport Bundle", and then download and install it.
