i pre-ordered EAFC24 on xBox and do not have a code - how do i download it?

Anyways it is worth mentioning that anyone who pre-orders EA Sports FC 24 will also receive a free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but annoyingly it's only valid for new XGP members. If you choose to go for it, Microsoft says that you'll receive this code "via Xbox system message after full payment is received".

Hi there.

I am unsure how to download the game now it’s paid for.

I was expecting a download code to be emailed to me but have not received anything.

I can see the order in my Xbox account so know it’s gone though and completed.

When I go to the Xbox box store, I see EAFC24 but it says BUY NOW and the price. Surely it should say DOWNLOAD or similar.

My son is so upset as I preordered to surprise him and now he cannot play the game until this is sorted.

Also, I have pre-ordered the game, put in the recipt code and i don’t have the pre-order skin for Shou Kahn, how do I access that?

I pre-ordered Dark Souls III on Xbox One on Feb 16th, but have not yet received the download code for Dark Souls, yet. When should I be expecting this or how do I go about finding it?

There is most likely 2 versions, you simply downloaded the wrong one.

BUT sounds like you own both, no problem.

Either Search the game,

Or go to my games and apps, all owned, look for it, and then

Download the correct one.

If possible I would download the right one first before deleting the wrong one, just so you cant download the wrong one again, but as long as you make sure it's the correct one, it shouldn't matter.
