I pre-ordered destiny 2 lightfall with all xbox account credit, but it still hasn't taken...

Im having the same issue as him but whenever i try to preorder lightfall with the 100$ in microsoft credit i get the message "oops, not sure what happened there. please try again later." and it doesnt allow me to buy it. Please help.

Specifically the games I want to pre order but cannot due to the error I keep on getting are Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, the Lightfall Expansion for Destiny 2 and Diablo 4.

Make sure that you're also not using a prepaid card because this is a pre-ordered transaction, Microsoft will attempt to get the charge 10 days prior to the DLC releases but if you will be using the Microsoft balance for full payment it will be taken out immediately.
