    i pre ordered battle field 1 and still cant play


    i preordered battlefield one on my birthday and couldnt play it a day early thats not all now i cant download it or play it. So i decided to download it through my brothers ea access but then it says i dont even own the game. This is a problem because i
    purchased a game and cant even play it but i was able to download the pre order content. Also i was told every 24-48 hours i would get an email i spoke with this person on release day and havent gotten an email.
