    I pre ordered a game and it cancelled on me and it won’t let me purchase it again

    I am in need of your assistance. I pre-ordered Call of Duty Cold War during the preceding time. The order was paid using XBox gift cards. The balance on my gift cards balance showed that money has been deducted. I went to go download the game later in
    the day of the release and I keep getting the error that says “you need to purchase this game”. My mom let me use her credit card and again, it will not let me download the game and gives a similar error. Please help! I’d like to play this game but without
    having to lose additional funds as well as the bonus.

    Yes I did. Turns out what I had to do was go onto mortal kombat 11 which I was then brought to a pre-order a screen then I could pre-order mortal kombat 1 it wouldn’t let me do it from the actual Xbox store which I’m still confused by but thank you for caring.

    I appreciate you letting me know, Rockin. There is no option for me to cancel the pre-order since I am only an Independent Advisor.

    The cancel option should be available on order history but if Microsoft already attempted to get the charge and it was declined, you may need to wait for the game to be released for the game to be automatically canceled.
