    Pre-Order Punchcard points

    HI, I pre-ordered Madden 18, Destiny 2, and NBA 2k18. All were pre-ordered on July 15 which was between the set dates of July 1-September 30th. My punchcard shows all 3 slots filled but i haven't received the 15k points. The FAQ
    says they should be received 96 hours after all games I pre-ordered are released, and its been about 2 weeks since 2k18 came out which was the most recent of the 3. How do i get my points?

    I pre ordered 2k18 no points given

    In order to receive the 15,000 credits, you need to preporder 3 games. So that preorder would count as a punch on your punchcard.

    The 15th and 30th are the generally dates a deposit takes place. It has nothing to do with the offers themselves. For the punchcard offer, you should see a punch about 96 hours after you make an eligible preorder. The credits for that offer will be given
    about 96 hours after all 3 games you've preordered have been released.

    its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

    Since you have not purchased three eligible pre-orders within the offer period, you have not completed the offer.

    Where did you order the game from? I would suggest reaching out to the retailer you purchased the game from to inquire further. If you purchased the disc version from the Microsoft Store, you would need to reach out to Microsoft Store support so they can
    take a look for you.

    Lastly, if you pre-ordered the digital version, you would not receive any physical items. You can find this information and more on
