    around 8 months ago i preordered Destiny 2 Lightfall DLC pre order via the xbox store. Since then microsoft declined the payment as there was insufficiant funds in my account. it still shows in the store that i own the content so i cannot pre order it.

    Someone shed so light on what i need to do so i can actually preorder it again

    Make sure that you're also not using a prepaid card because this is a pre-ordered transaction, Microsoft will attempt to get the charge 10 days prior to the DLC releases but if you will be using the Microsoft balance for full payment it will be taken out immediately.

    i have purchased cod vanguard still not showing in library.

    i pre-orded the game on cod store not xbox store....i have all the pre orded skins just not the game.
    anywhere on the xbox store it says i need to pay money again when i shouldnt. and yes i checked the ordered history and it was declined? if it was declined why would i still have the pre-ordered skins?
