I played Energy Cycle and achievements won't unlock even though I've completed the requirements

Last year sometime i played a game called energy cycle. And i met all the requirements to get all the achievements but 2 achievements never unlocked. One for completing level 12 and one for level 15.

I've tried multiple times to get it to unlock and no luck.

I contacted the developer and he said this "I think most likely something was wrong on Xbox Live side in the moment of achievement unlock. Whole achievements system was updated in the 2017 as far as I remember, but Energy Cycle use the old one system and
there’s no way to update it because game is already released. With new achievement system I know how to handle such bugs, but old system work different way and there’s no such options "

Is there anyway to get this onto the new achievement system to help me and more than a thousand other gamers who haven't completed this game most likely due to this issue. Please help!!!

He told me in an e-mail that he doesnt know how and he said he needs Microsoft's help to update the achievement version

according to the trueachievements website the achievement game completed is bugged so its up to the developer to update the game to fix the issue

I'm having the same issue, except with the "It's a trap" achievement on Titanfall for XBox One. I've completed it multiple times and it shows as completed but it won't unlock. I haven't had issues with other achievements not unlocking, just this one. I've
tried hard resetting my console, unplugging it for a few minutes, recovering my gamertag on another console and meeting the achievement requirements again and the achievement still won't unlock. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
for a couple days.

Valiant Hearts problem here too, completed everything for the "They'll all be remembered" achievement yesterday, but it's still locked at 100%. And also "Revenge never meant happiness" won't unlock (story related, which should unlock automatically after
finishing chapter 3-5), even though I've finished the level/met the requirements for about 5 times now.

Hopefully they'll unlock later again at some point, like my Watch_Dogs achievements, but who knows...
