    Hope you are well. I'll be glad to assist you.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues, Are you having problems only in this game or does it also happen with other games?

    If you have the possibility, try connecting your PC to another network and try the game. If your PC has Wi-Fi, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your PC to that network.

    Microsoft needs to fix call of duty mw2s shadow ban problem/false ban problem

    Hi Microsoft I have been playing cod for 10+ years and I was permanently banned for “unauthorized software” 7 months ago. I bought a new account and was shadow banned instantly and have been repeatedly shadow banned 4 times. (Shadow bans are when you play with all the hackers, it’s mostly innocent players though.) I would go to Activision support but they don’t care. Change needs to happen someone needs to get fired. Fix the game this is robbery. We are innocent, check Activision subreddit for more people like me.
    Microsoft cant do anything about a ban in a game that they dont make or manage the servers to. Activision gave the ban so only Activision can take it away.

    Activision Support is really the worst.

    No support from Activision on COD:MW

    I last played Nov 2021.

    I had no online play history (Id: Khaksar3G#5161596)

    No support from Activision on COD:MW

    The ban appeal page shows no ban

    But in game I am unable to play "Permanent Ban"

    Blizzard says we cant help you

    I was banned on MWIII on DEC 8 by Xbox Enforcement and activision took that decision because of xbox

    I was banned from cod activision while I was playing on MW3. I contacted activision support and they told me that xbox enforcement team are the ones that banned me. how can they banned me tho I play on pc not on xbox"used to" but not anymore
    Was your account banned from playing online for ALL games or just mw3?

    I ask because if the enforcement team were the ones to ban you it would be from everything. Not just mw3

    So after a lot of contacts with higher ups in Activision and Blizzard finally the first replies came from Activision and Blizzard on my COD:MW ban for no reason.

    Activision says we have no Ban on my game account and contact Blizzard for application unban.

    After checking your account using the information you provided, you don't have any active enforcement on Activision.
    For this one, you need to communicate with Blizzard support as to why there is a ban on your Battlenet account.

    If you still have another console such as PS or Xbox, you can try to log in to it.

    If you have other concerns aside from this, please let us know.

    For CoD bans you will need to contact Activision Support here: https://support.activision.com/ban-appeal

    Sadly we cannot review or remove CoD Account bans here at Blizzard Support.

    I know Activision have said it's a "Blizzard" ban but it's not, the ban is on the CoD Account here itself and is not the result of a payment or any other issue on our side, it's been placed by Activision/Developer.
