2, Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

What about this problem I pre-ordered the witch queen Standard edition on February 1st they took the payment it processed threw my bank and Today I get an email threatening there going to cancel my pre-order if I don't pay another $40 so in total I will pay $80 for standard edition

Depends on what the game is and if I am interested in buying it and/or if its just the standard copy or a special edition copy. For a standard copy of any new game I wouldn't pay more then $60 dollars for it but if
its a game that I have really been looking forward to getting or is a sequel to a series that I really like I am ok with paying a higher price for a Special Edition copy .
