    I paid to change my username and it still hasent changed


    Okay so on February 10th I paid 10$ to change my name from "rezwya" to "Yuv18" It shows up in the billing this on xbox and it charged my card sometimes when I go to try to change it it shows the name is fully available but sometimes it has numbers and when I try to change it it says error now please help

    Can you please check if there are changes for your account through the website? Here you go:

    https://account.xbox.com/profile

    If it’s still your previous Gamertag and you have been charged already you can try changing your Gamertag again. Also, may I ask what is the error?

    If i do ask for a refund. Will it still change my username or will the Request for the refund have to go through first?

    what i mean is if i did ask for a refund. While the refund is processing is my username Going to change or because you said it takes 72 hours or around there to change my username
