I paid for the pre order of Saints Row this morning with my mums card but I still haven't...

I have got another card on but it wouldn't let me pay for the pre order of saints row with it. That's why I used my mums card. I don't have to pay for the subscription yet. It was the pre order I was having trouble with

I would have left the card payment on your account. Normally it takes the money around 10 days before the game is due to launch. That is from my experience with pre-ordered games.

What I would recommend is leaving the bank details on the account until after the game has launched. You could also ask your mum to check her bank statement to see if Microsoft has taken the money for the game. If they have, then all's good. If they haven't, then they will wait till around 10 days prior to the game launching to take your money.

Sorry, I misread that bit.

If it is showing on there as the purchase is successful, then it has gone through. The system uses your order history to detect if you own the game. You should be able to see it in your games and apps too and will be able to download the game closer to release (The system will just not allow you to play the game).
