    I paid for my ultimate about 4 days ago now and I haven't gotten it. does anyone know how to get it I've tried contacting Microsoft but the bot bugs out

    Hi tiewon

    How did you pay for the subscription? Was it on the console (you were already signed in) or was it on the website?

    If it was on the website, just make sure that you are using the same Microsoft account as signed in on the console or your PC. If this was done for the set number of months upfront (i.e. not monthly) then you should get a code to redeem sent by email.

    You haven't stated if you have had Ultimate before..if you haven't, have you checked your email? UGP isn't automatically applied..you have to get the code from the email then input it on the redeem site
