    I paid for in game currency on a gift card and it hasnt come through


    it was on the finals i paid for 1,150 and 500 then brought a season starter pack and it didnt go through

    You won't be able to purchase the 360 title from the Xbox One or Xbox.com using a Microsoft gift card or account currency. The only way to purchase 360 content with currency/gift card is through an Xbox 360 console.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. The only place you may find codes for the in game currency is retail stores in their gift cards. If there is any. If purchased through the Microsoft store, or Epic site, them are added to the account automatically.

    Apologies, but at this time CSV (Gift cards) AKA account currency can not be used to purchase an Xbox Gold Membership. This is actually why Microsoft offers the option to purchase Gold pre-paid cards. You can still use the currency to purchase Games, music,
    movies, etc.

    Sorry to hear it. However, gift cards and Xbox currency cannot be used to purchase Gold memberships. You can only purchase memberships using a credit card, Paypal or a pre-paid Gold membership card.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. If the gift card is like a Visa gift card they may work. If the gift card is Microsoft currency yes you should be able to purchase V-bucks with that.
