I paid for games years ago but now I can’t play them anymore

There are several games that I have paid for years ago but now that I have switched consoles most of these games say I don’t own them (it’s mostly games that have been added to game pass but I already own) and I would like to know how I can get my games back

We just need to make sure that you’re signed in under the correct Microsoft account where the games were purchased. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders then check if you can see the order transactions showing as “completed”.

If they’re not showing up please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

Hello again, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, the ideal would be to contact the Xbox service so they can verify your account and see what happened to your games.

Hello Solomonx9629, when you went to check your Purchase History, you even clicked the option filter that says: Returned/Refunded, this option is in the small tab that says "All Categories."

The game may have been refunded or returned for some reason.

I have a Xbox 360 and downloaded Rock band 3 a long time ago . Nowadays Rock band only sell songs and I can’t download but I paid for download and I think this game isn’t available anymore
