Have you also tried to check your other email addresses on account.microsoft.com just in case?

Your payment method might be added to a different account where the purchase has occurred, perhaps an account owned by a family member.

It might be possible that the Xbox game pass subscription was purchased on a different Microsoft account.

Kindly confirm the transaction by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

If the subscription transaction didn't show up it means it was purchased on a different account.

If the subscription was confirmed purchased on your other account, you have the option to request a refund. You may be eligible to cancel your recurring subscription and request a refund, but not all subscription purchases are eligible for a refund. If you qualify for a refund, you will see the option to cancel immediately and request a refund when reviewing your subscription status.

Or if you prefer, you can simply set your other account as home Xbox on your console, that way all of the accounts that will be using your Xbox console will have the benefits from the Xbox game pass subscription. Here's how:

Sign in the account where the subscription was purchased > Press the Xbox menu button > Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox > Make this my home Xbox.

Yes i just logged into my mobile minecraft game And i realized i didnt have my plastic texture pack on. I checked my global resources and it said i didnt have any texture packs. Ive paid for this texture pack twice now and jm not gonna pay for it a third
time. This is a outrage😡. Please fix or give refunds
