Kindly double check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where it was purchased. Once confirmed, open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game then try installing it again through MS store or Xbox app. Please make sure you're signed in to the Xbox app and the store with the same account/email.

The servers are working correctly. I tried my old laptop that also has windows 7 on it and was able to start the GFWL client and download Age of Empires Complete Collection without any problems. So, the servers are now working correctly. Also since my laptop
was able to download the game without and issue, it's unlikely that my problem is a port or firewall issue.

I uninstalled my virus scanner and restarted my computer. I'm still getting the same error. It looks like you were trying to link to another forum but it didn't work. Can you post the link directly?

The forums have been fine for me since I got my new laptop ( only 6GB ram ) so I put all the problems I had before with this site down to my old laptop being basically crap lol
