I paid for a whale shark cash and money isn’t showing

Help will be appreciated.

I purchased a GTA Online Whale Shark Cash Card (£27.71) through the XBox store (shows completed in my order history). It is not showing up in my game account. I have rebooted my console.

Newer transactions for smaller Shark Cards appeared & show completed, have shown in my game account, and show a "Refund Information" button. The larger Wale Shark Cash Card shows completed but does not provide a "Refund Information" button.

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for the money to go through. If it doesn't show up then, then you should contact Xbox Support, so they can fix the error for you support.xbox.com/contact-us

Whats up man? I just started GTA V. I brought the Whale Shark Bundle it came with $3,500,000 but Lamar only has $313. Do you know how to get my money,lol?? Thanks for the help.

Please be aware that the shark card listing you shared is compatible only with the Xbox One edition of GTA V. (https://www.xbox.com/games/store/grand-theft-auto-v-xbox-one/bpj686w6s0nh)

Note: This listing says the game is compatible with Series X|S because these consoles can run the Xbox One edition via backwards compatibility, but doesn't mean the item is compatible with the next-gen edition of GTA V.

Therefore, if you're playing the next Gen edition (https://www.xbox.com/games/store/grand-theft-auto-online-xbox-series-xs/9P079R5LGV4T/0010), that's the reason you didn't receive the currency.

So, what I can recommend in your particular case, is request a refund for this shark card.
