I paid for a game on Xbox 360 and cant play it

1. Navigate to 'All settings' from the Xbox One guide menu.
2. Within the settings screen, scroll down to 'System' and select 'Storage'.
3. Within the storage screen, select 'clear local Xbox 360 storage'.

I would like to refer you to an article that covers
being unable to use downloaded content on your console, as this has several different solutions that you can use in order to troubleshoot this further.

Requesting a refund has become more of a self-service options, so this something that you would
need to be signed into your account in order for you to see eligible items and request them on your end.

So you paid for a 360 game that won't work on the One. I have over a hundred 360 games that won't play on the One - So get real, play it on the 360 or pay the money.

Why you would want a pixellated game on the One baffles me. its garbage on the 360 IMHO.

There's a ton of older games I used to play on 360, but cant on the 1? This is a consumer loyalty prob. guys/gals? I mean, I have paid the fiddler his price for the "1", and bought some new games for it too, but I'm not buying into the idea that all the
older 360 games are lost forever!
