    El jueves 27 quise comprar Dark Souls Remastered, pague con $738 pesos mexicanos a travez de PayPal y $30 en saldo de cuenta. Me mostro un error y que no podia terminar la compra, lo volvi a intentar y nada. al checar mi tarjeta me cobro los $738 y en Paypal
    El cobro esta en el historial, Nunca me dieron el juego, hable con servicio al cliente por chat y me dijeron el pago estaba en espera de autorizacion y tardaria de 3 a 4 dias en que se me regresara el dinero directo a la tarjeta. Ya pasaron 7 dias y no me
    han regresado nada. ¿Que puedo hacer? la ayuda que me han dado en el servicio al cliente por chat ha sido horrible. Ayuda!

    Xbox LIVE rewards , MS point no obtenidos :/

    Lo mejor es pasar del rewards, a mi ni me han dado los 100mp por el canal+ yomvi, ni los 200 mp por renovar el año de gold, y ya hara casi un mes de eso, ademas su soporte tecnico es un foro en ingles donde a todo el mundo le responden con un copiar y pegar
    y cierran el post.

    Xbox 360 Slim no lee un juego sin rayones

    Buenos días, el motivo de mi publicación, es porque mi Xbox 360 Slim nunca me ha dado problemas, hasta hoy.

    Compré seminuevo en The Beatles: Rock Band, llego a mi casa y para mi sorpresa, al querer jugarlo, me sale la leyenda de "No se puede leer el disco, límpielo con un paño blabla", aunque el juego está en excelentes condiciones, ningún rayón ni nada por el
    estilo.

    Lo llevé al lugar donde lo compré para ver qué onda, pero ahí me lo probaron en 2 Xbox diferentes, y el juego anda perfecto, incluso ya lo probé en el de un primo e igual, perfecto.

    El problema aquí es que ni siquiera puedo instalarlo, igual no lo lee.

    Sólo me pasa con ese juego, incluso mi Xbox lee juegos bastante rayados sin problemas.

    ¿Alguien sabe el por qué y alguna solución?
