    I buyed Call of Duty®: Black Ops III - Zombies Deluxe

    Downloaded a game and i cant play it.

    Well sorry to be the one to tell you this but you can't have your points back they have no refunds on them. May I have more info on your xbox though. What type of xbox and how much HD space left. And are you sure you are trying to download it to the hardrive

    Downloaded a game and i cant play it.

    I recently purchased Fable: The original version, and cannot play it when i go to play it it says Try redownloading game, that doesnt work. I have redownloaded my profile, Cleared system and marketplace cache and CANNNOT get my problem resolved, by any of

    and cant get game to start. Have tried on multiple xboxs and it will not play. If it cant be fixed would at least like my points for purchasing game back.

    Read the info with the DLC might be a different part of the game or something else you have to do to play it.

    Check your HDD to see that it installed properly. If it has a yellow question mark, it failed to download. If so, just redownload it and it should work just fine. If it did download, try deleting it and reinstalling it.
