    Thanks for your quick response. I figured that it was an Ubisoft issue and I started off by contacting them. They said it was an XBox issue and I have contacted them again letting them know that it is their issue, which makes more sense to me.

Not compatible with Just Dance 2023 Edition, Just Dance 2016, Just Dance 2017, or Just Dance 2018. In other words, it's just content for the game and as per the Store page, it says there that "This content requires a game (sold separately)."
