I paid 2 times for one game !!!

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. The best option in your situation would be to request a refund on the second accidental purchase.

To request a refund on the game, please access http://xbox.com/refunds and sign in with the account and then select "Request a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

This is wrong about the priority wait times i can pull two accounts on the same game at the same time, one paid account and one not paid and there is a 4 hour queue time for the unpaid and 5 min queue time for the paid account so you saying "there is no need to pay to become a priority in the Xbox cloud gaming service" is just flat out wrong :/ ...

Dude... You spent $2. You're out 2 bucks and you're going crazy over how much you don't like the game. It was practically free. It's not like you're out a whole lot. Ditch the game or trade it in and be done with it. You'll probably make money from trading
it in.

If you're really in a lawsuit with EA, good luck on getting it done. I just read in this months edition of GameInformer that EA is beefing up their contracts and all that stuff so it will be damn near impossible to sue them over anything.

this game is horrible. its not news to anyone. EA needs to give up their licensing to someone who can create a game somewhat like football.

The game is 100% predetermined and there is nothing you can do about it. The game will *** you over using the computer and manipulate the game.
