I own Subnautica on xbox, but wont let me play on PC

of it was then it would be in my library on pc as i own the console version and it is not, i have all other play anywhere titles but not that one.

But as this is Microsoft we are on about they have trouble getting anything to work, can't wait for them to **** all over existing owned games from activision.

I'm sorry that you are going through this situation, my question is this: did you buy these games with the same Microsoft account that you are trying to download?

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ and check if you can find these games in your order history.

Another thing to take into account is that if you are sure that you are in the same region that you were in when you bought the games? If you purchased them in a different region and are now set to another, they will not appear as their own game and will appear to need to be purchased again if you try to find it to install or play it.

My only question to that is, if you check my links above, when I go to the Xbox version of the game from the store it says I already own the game and gives me the option to install it. When I go to the (PC) version of the game it gives me the option to
buy as I don't own it.

I knew it was play anywhere which I loved. The game doesn't seem to have 2 lists for PC and Xbox, as the (PC) version shows up on my played list even if I play and unlock an achievement on my Xbox. The achievements can be unlocked either on my Xbox or PC
for the same list. I didn't have this problem with games such as Subnautica and Super Lucky Tale.
