i own elden ring what happened now its says i have to purchase again

Hi and thank you for your time , when I go to order history the game says “ redeemed “ the same as my other games on that list so nothings changed , when I click on the view in store on Elden ring from purchase history it doesn’t say I own it , it says to buy again , not sure how that’s possible

I have the exact same issue , only with Elden Ring , bought hogwarts legacy not long ago ( from cdkeys ) and works without issues , but yesterday bought Elden ring worked fine for a few hours and today says I have to buy it again , can see it in order history but not game library , been told by Xbox support to wait for their server maintenance to finish because this is happening to a lot of people, doesn’t matter if bought through Xbox or redeemed code, hopefully they fix it soon as I feel your pain right now :/

Ms account does not even show I purchased elden ring or that I refunded it

Hello! Xbox Ambassador House Baelish here! I can also confirm Elden Ring, Crusader Kings 3 and WWE 2k22 all say they don't allow livestreaming. What is odd is that WWE 2k22 and Elden Ring will still display game footage whereas the newly released Crusader Kings 3 on series x will not allow any feed at all.
