Well, I feel very dumb. Also very sorry for wasting your time. Turns out "ARK: Aberration" was purchased on a different account than ARK: Survival Evolved and the Genesis Season Pass DLC's. Thank you for all your help.

I am more than happy to assist and see if we can find a solution to resolve this problem. How are you attempting to access the DLC and install it? Is the install button greyed out when you say it is not giving you the option to download the DLC via the Xbox APP? Also, did you purchase this game via the Windows 10 store? have you opened the Xbox App and in the search, bar looked for the ARK: Aberration DLC and then see if it allows you to install. Would you also please try the following suggestions

Solution 1:

1. Open the Xbox App and sign out and sign in with the Microsoft account that is associated with the purchase
   
2. Then search for the DLC and attempt to install
   

Solution 2: If you purchased this from the Windows 10 store

1. Click on your profile icon on the upper-right corner of the screen and select MY Library
   
2. On the next page filter by game and look for ARK and see if you can install the DLC this way
   

Solution 3: When your Xbox app isn't working, you can try resetting the Xbox app to solve the problem. Here are the detailed steps.

1. Press Win + I to open Windows Setting.
   
2. Select the Apps category. Make sure Apps & features are selected in the left pane. In the right pane, input Xbox in the search box.
   
3. In the following window, select the Reset button. Then check if the Xbox works appropriately.
   

Solution 4: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device.

I'm having a problem with me not being able to use my friends dlc. My friend let me set his home xbox to my xbox so I get his games and dlc, recently he brought the championship pack on advanced warfare and it won't let me use it. The dlc has downloaded
on my xbox but whenever I try to use it, it says I need to download it and when I go to download it, it tells me I've already downloaded it but it still won't let me use it and I have no idea why. Can anyone help?

No it’s not so ur telling me the DLC is 104GB it says I own the game but it won’t download
