    Dead Rising 2 off the Record was released for the Xbox 360 back in 2012, and is not backward compatible on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. That is why it will not show in your game library. The page you linked to was for the Xbox One version of the game which was released in 2016. If you want to play the game on the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S, then you will need to purchase the Xbox One version of the game.

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all.

    - Under Full library > All owned games, you'll see all games you own listed.

    - If a game you own has not yet been installed on your console, you'll see a download icon on the game title.

    If it doesn't appear there then do you have the Xbox app? If yes, go into the Xbox app and click on profile then click on games you own then click on the game you purchased and choose the console you want to download it to.

    If you don't find it there, use the search button on the app to search for the game title. It'll show up for sure.

    Yes, that was the problem.

    I assumed because 2012 Xbox 360 version was released toward the end of the Xbox 360s lifecycle, that it was the same version as the Xbox One.

    INTERESTING DEVELOPMENT Off The Record Now On Market Place

    Off The Record does not contain Terror Is Reality mode. Dead RIsing 2 did but not Off The Record.Why should i go out and pick up Dead Rising 2 when Off The Record Should of had it but does not? And i already have Dead Rising 2 on another system.

    And show me any other Brit or gamer in the world out there who has reached 4th on the case west ranking leaderboard and 3rd on Dead Rising 2 Off The Record Leaderboards for months.

    There are others ways to become a master of Dead Rising other than getting all the achievements. You might like to play other games however true Dead Rising fans do not get tired of the franchise so easily.
