Try going to your order history in rewards. There should be an option to resend the code if you didn't get it by email.

It does not work work because im talking about the CONFORMATION code not ROBUX code

I have had a long chat with a lady from Microsoft online today and even tho I have my order number an conformation email they have no record of my purchace!!!! I bought mine on the 31st of August! when I sign into Microsoft to check my order it is telling
me I haven't got any outstanding orders!!!!

so feck knows if im going to get my xbone!!!!

did you get the robux from microsoft rewards?, if so go to rewards.microsoft.com and click "order history" then you should see the robux purchase with a button that says "get code" from there copy the code ex: xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx and type that into the roblox website found here: https://roblox.com/redeem, have a good day!
