    I ordered four xbox $3 gift cards with reward points and only recieved three of them


    I ordered four of the $3 xbox gift cards with my reward points. The $3 card was 2900 points and it consumed 11,600 points. I only received three of the cards I ordered.

    Pre-order gift cards not received

    I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 and at the time the $10 gift card promotion was there and I also pre-ordered 2k17 both from microsoft.com and I have not recieved either of the $10 gift cards

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

    Microsoft Rewards ~ Minecoins

    Always save your rewards points until you see something you really want. If I remember correctly, reward points are forever but redeemed gift cards through microsoft rewards count as promotional gift cards and you only have 90 days to use them.
