    Do you see this game on your order history?

    Please check that here:

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    And if the order shows as completed, try to search for the game from the Xbox store and download it there.

    Other option would be to use your Xbox app on your mobile phone and search for the game from your library and download it remotely.
