I ordered an Xbox Series X Galaxy Black edition on 12/28/24 and it hasn't shipped yet (1/27/25)

Hello I recently purchased a new Xbox through the Microsoft store, on December 28th. I was charged in full for the purchase, but the order has been in Pending status for a month. I have checked the store and the Xbox is still available for me to purchase, so I'm wondering why mine has not been shipped.

After all the updates, I am still having 12, 19, 17, a weird 1:25, 27, and 28 second records. None are exactly 30, most are 29. And I am sick of saying Xbox one record. Xbox needs a record button. Double tap the center button or something. At least an option!

My order date is 6/24/2013 and it say "backordered."

I'm sure this is because it hasn't been released yet but I'm also curious if I'm getting it on 11/22/13 or if they're shipping it on that date.

Yes if it's a disk copy you must use the full series x or the disk galaxy black series x not the digital only one

You must patch the games on series x (update for.bc
