I ordered an Xbox One S yesterday, and the order is still pending.

well it depends on a lot of things, maybe it was your payment method or it was on microsoft's ends, either way give it more time

Can take up to 48 hours. It's also a weekend so it may take longer than that.

I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

Any luck on getting it? I just ordered one 3 days ago and it’s still pending suppose to come on the 5th

I'm wondering the same, I also bought an S on Friday and have an expected delivery date as may 5th with the order still pending. You should let me know how it goes for you and when you get a tracking number or your order goes out of pending, and I'll do the same.

That’s great! I ordered mine yesterday the estimated delivery is Friday so hopefully it gets sent out soon. It’s still pending though but I read on Reddit that most of everyone’s orders has been showing pending until the day of delivery or the day before.
