i ordered a Xbox controller and it has not been shipped yet

On May 16, 2020 more than a month ago i bought a Xbox controller and it is now June 22, 2020 and my order is still pending even though my credit card account was charged. please just send my controller. And the estimated delivery date was set to be tomorrow
but when i looked to day it was changed to the 30th. why?

I don't think anybody in the forums here will be able to answer that, for something like this it's best to contact Support from where you purchased the controller, so if this was the Microsoft website, then use the contact options on that site, if it was
via Xbox itself then use
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If available I would advise to use the Phone (or chat) options available

I placed an order for three controllers on August 16th. Two of them arrived in time but my third one still hasn’t and it also hasn’t been shipped. I was told four weeks of waiting for it to ship, but it has been over four weeks. I feel like my order has been forgotten. Who do I contact to get my order?
