    Gears of War 4 Pre-Order Rewards

    Hello,

    Back in October, I got an email from Xbox Live Rewards, saying that I would get 15,000 rewards points for pre-ordering Gears of War 4. I pre-ordered the game through Microsoft, but never received my rewards points. Was there something else I had to do to
    earn them?

    Pre-ordered Call of Duty Ghosts Personalization Pack

    It was like this for Halo 4 with me. I ordered it from the Microsoft store and didn't get my pre-order DLC until about a month and a half afterwords in an email. It sucks. Just give it some time.

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    I didn't get my points.

    There are no offers to receive 15,000 credits for preordering just that game. It would count as a punch on your games and demand punchcard and you would need to preorder 2 other eligible games to complete the offer and receive the credits
