Also check your order history on the website. Happened to me a few times where i get an error when redeeming a code and was redeemed on my account when i checked.

well first thing first

first when you order anything from MS store you need an ms account that being said sign in with the ms account that has your order in it

when you order from ms store you get an email with your order number

and it will be under your Order history connected with your ms store account

if you are only seeing it under paypal are you sure you didn't goto another etailer and order it there? in which caSE YOU do need to take it up with the etailer

you can go paypal in your region and look up the transaction history

a lot of etailers accept paypal not just ms store

with ms store you need to order with your ms account

It's a resolvable glitch. Just happened to me. I reloaded my a recent auto save a few times and then the door worked. Just keep loading a recent auto save and it should work eventually. The discovering thing appears to have just been coincidental for the
other user who ultimately did the same thing, reloaded a save. The important thing is that you can load even the save from when you enter and it will eventually work.

What I discovered is if you look into your account find the area where you have your purchased apps listed, you will find your original Minecraft purchase there and from there you will be able to reinstall it. That will work with your launcher.

I checked again on this:

1. settings 2. Accounts 3. Order history 4. Click on 'Past 3 months' and select 'All Available' 5. Scroll down to the Minecraft purchase you made. 6. (This get a bit tricky) Click on the Minecraft purchase (May say no longer available (IGNORE)) Look for an open tab that says you own it and reinstall.

I got a little mixed on six, but believe you'll figure it out. I was a bit upset to see how extensive my history was and got really turned off.
