Discus and support i ordered a controller off of the xbox store on my xbox and it says it has been delivered... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i ordered a controller on the 29th march and it has not arrived. it says on the dpd tracking website that it’s been delivered so i downloaded the app...     i ordered a controller off of the xbox store on my xbox and it says it has been delivered...


    i ordered a controller on the 29th march and it has not arrived. it says on the dpd tracking website that it’s been delivered so i downloaded the app and it said it was delivered to somewhere called hinckley and i don’t know where that is. i want my controller and i’ve had a look at all of the numbers and they keep saying they can’t help so i’d appreciate it if i can get help getting a new controller dispatched

    Repair status hasn't updated. Courier says delivered to the repair centre.

    Have you had any further feedback ? I have sent (24/06) my Elite 2 off for repair and UPS says its been delivered (29/06), but it has not been updated on the Order status.

    Wait so is it just a case of microsoft not displaying that it hasnt been delivered? It says in my UPS number that it has been delivered to “SELLENIES” but when i checked on the microsoft website it says it hasnt been delivered.

    This has been my question and have not been able to get an official answer to it. This is what it says on the order:

    A little vague to me. I even contacted MS Store and asked them will I get it on my door step on Nov 22 OR will it be shipped on Nov 22nd and I'll get it a few days later. The person responded "BOTH".

    So, I'm thinking we will get it delivered to our homes on Nov 22.....I'm just not 100% convinced yet.

    i just checked ups website to see if the service center has recieved my xbox and ups says it has been delivered .i looked at my acct with you guys and the service order does not reflect that
    You should also note that there is a waiting period due to the current world events for your safety and the workers

    Hi, they do deliver design labs controllers to the uk. Im from the uk and get one delivered to me in january although the shipping did take a few weeks as to be expected with a custom controller i suppose.

    As far as im aware i dont think the situation with covid-19 has stopped shipping to the uk?
