    I pre ordered halo 5 awhile ago I got the message from xbox stating I have pre ordered the game and gave me a link to download Spartan **** but halo 5 stills says buy now for 59.99 what's going on

    I pre ordered Forza 5 LE for home delivery. I received no communication since. Was given delivery date of 11/22 when I ordered. Not sure when it may actually arrive.

    The $5 should have automatically been added to your account. You can verify the deposit at http://commerce.microsoft.com

    If it doesn't show, you'll need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support

    If i pre order the UE version of gears 5 with game pass, and i decide to buy the actual game later on, do i have to buy the ultimate edition or could i still get the standard one? - thanks

    I did not pre order using my credit, but i installed gears 5 ultimate edition in the microsoft store, how do i cancel that as in the store it does not show that the pre ordered gears 5 ultimate edition
