Also, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and check if you can see the transaction for the game from there stated as "completed". Make sure that it's for the correct version, for example, if you're on Xbox you should see "Minecraft" and if you're on PC, you should see "Minecraft for Windows".

I play on Windows, but I had a Mojang account, I migrated it, so I thought I'd be good but it won't let me play until I get game pass again, and i dont have the money to do that, nor am i buying Minecraft for the fourth time

^^ I won't buy a game unless it is sealed with the plastic and sticker. I open it up at the till. lol

I've had the open tray error happen to me for the past week and It would not let me play at all but last night I popped in MW2 and it worked then I put in BO2 and Call of Duty Ghost and they worked but today I tried all of those games and they won't work.
What is wrong?

I've Had this problem, the update installed but it ruined my multiplayer online and won't let me play the game at all unless I delete the update... Which means I can't game online!!!! I must say I talked to a Rep and they compensated me a free month of live
for this problem BC it's been ongoing after. the updates. Anyone know when the next update is going to be launched?
