    I Opened a xboxlive message in my inbox an all my redeem codes were there


    and i clicked on the operations pack redeem code and it took me to the store blah blah, but when i went back to go to my messages to redeem my old gears of war games the message had vanished and Ive been looking for it on my xbox for 3 hours now :/ i know
    i didnt delete the message so idk what to do please help me!!!!!

    I accidentally deleted my redeem code for the halo 4 specialization pack. Is there a way you guys can resend the message to my xbox live inbox? thank you

    I was able to verify that you received multiple codes in your Xbox Live message inbox. Check for your conversation with 'Xbox Live' and ensure all of the codes were redeemed. In regards to the Halo add-on, that is one of the four MixPot rewards.

    If you mean your Xbox messages. They are on the messages tab on the Xbox Guide. If you are talking about email, you can only check your email on the console by using Microsoft Edge web browser.
