I only received $2 out of my $15 gift card?

Where did you purchase the gift card from? Check your order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if it was recorded there and if it says $15 gift card. Please review the other items there as well if you've used some of it to pay for those items.

its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.

It's not an Xbox gift card it's a Steam gift card go on Steam and it'll work just fine

Yes. I bought a Xbox live gold card from Walgreens. When I redeemed it I clicked on the ad that was advertising the $15 gift card if I signed up today. When I clicked on it there was a redeem code option. I clicked redeem code and redeemed it. After I did
that a message popped up saying that I would receive the code for the $15 gift card within a month, and it's been almost 2 months and I never got it.

hi, thank you for your help but i have a question, on that microsoft gift card page, i see no option for 30usd, which is the price of the game. so do i buy 2 $15 gift cards, and will it send me 2 codes? or they combine it together and i get one code?

2: when i went to the FAQ section and then i see "Gift cards are in local currency, so when you buy a gift card it will only work in the country where it was purchased.".

- i'm now confused and i dont know what option to choose now.
