Discus and support I only get 4 catagories of sections on the metro dashboard whenever I sign in to xbox live.... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; On my xbox 360 I have 7 categories whenever i'm not signed into xbox live.     I only get 4 catagories of sections on the metro dashboard whenever I sign in to xbox live....


    On my xbox 360 I have 7 categories whenever i'm not signed into xbox live. The categories are "bing", "home", "social", "games", "movies & tv", "apps", and lastly "settings" But when i sign into xbox live it only displays "home", "social", "games & apps", "settings". I can not find any solutions online. I think the tabs look nice and I would like to keep them but probably can't. Is it because of my region? I think it is because of the store shutting down but maybe im wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

    I assume that you're in a country where Xbox and its services are not currently supported, am I right?

    You can check the support regions/countries here https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions.

    Please be advised that it is against the Microsoft's Terms of Service if you use their services that's not supported by your country. If that would be the case, I am afraid that we cannot support it here in the community as well.

    I believe that it has something to do with your account and console region. Some products & services are only available to certain regions or countries.

    Make sure that you set your account and console region correctly which should also match with your physical location.

    My physical location is not listed on the selection screen thing. It only has "Other" and if i click it even more categories go away.

    So is Xbox Live garbage? Or is it my service provider.

    I can connect to my xbox live profile when I'm on my xbox 360 dashboard. whenever I get on I start a party with my friends. Then I try to start GTA V. Whenever I start the game i can make it all the way to story mode and then it starts messing up. Once I
    get to story mode I try to join an online session with my friends but my Xbox says that I'm not even online even though I'm talking to my friends. Then whenever I try to re sign in to my xbox live profile my xbox freezes and I get disconnected from everything.
