    I can’t download black ops 3. I have Xbox app. It says I have it. When I click on the game through app. It says play on my Xbox I click that. It takes me to the store on my Xbox. Instead of install. It says purchase not sold separately. Basically I have
    to pay pay for a bundle. Or I won’t be able to install black ops 3. May someone please help me.

    Hey LazyBunny54156! It can depend if you're installing from a disc or digitally. If its from a disc, try out the steps in the installing from a

    disc error page    . If it's a digital game, the troubleshooting steps in the
    game or app installation error page    . Post back and let us know how it goes!

    I'm installing black ops 3 on my console but when i chose to do the update it start to download and it goes to queue . I've alredy tried to restart and reinstall the game but it is always doing the same.
