    This can be from a recurring subscription. Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own and sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the transactions from there.

    Once found, you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    My grandson used my credit card recently to buy a game for $19.99. He advised he removed my card number after the purchase however I am now getting charges that I haven't approved. They come in as Microsoft*bill.m.net.msa first on 2/23 for $49.99 then
    2/23 for $59.99 then 2/24 for $9.99, 2/24 for $19.99, 3/9 for $59.99 and 3/9 $59.99. Please explain what these are, do we now have a Trojan horse bug in the system or what. I need a response from Microsoft regarding these charges so I can refuse them to
    my credit card company.
