I no longer have access to my email or phone to reset password

I'm afraid that as this is an open forum all we can do is offer advice to you regarding the problem. My suggestion here would be to read this post https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com... about the steps you can take to recover your account. You may need to fill out the recovery form several times.

Although you may want to be able to speak with support, they cannot help if you do not have access to the account.

The email I received after doing recovery was confirmed. It worked just fine; however, when it asks for my email so that I can reset the password it says it no longer exists. If I were to go and rest my password directly, It would recognize my email and asks for my password. I no not have access to my phone number or email no longer, so I had to recover the account.

I cannot access the email as I don't have it but I know the email address but I can't reset the password as everything like the email and the phone number is outdated

Thanks for your reply - I am not sure i understand. I do have access to the email address, but to reset the password they send a code to both your phone and email. and you need both codes to reset.
